Just had my Ice maker delivered by Neu Appliance. The transaction from start to end was absolutely awesome. Working with Miguel in store to our delivery guys, Lux and Mark. The process was easy and low pressure sales. They helped me find what I was looking for and had really good prices. Delivery was super easy. They texted me in the morning to let me know that I was on the schedule and called when they were on their way and arrived inside the window. Highly recommend if you're looking for an appliance to check them out.

Was pleasantly greeted by our sales rep, Andrew. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Communication from the warehouse personnel for delivery was great. The delivery men, Lux and Mark, were very knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. Once instal was complete they went over specifics of appliance functionality and dryer effectiveness. It was a great experience from start to finish. Great job Neu!

Luxe and Jason did an amazing job delivering our refrigerator and gas range! They were professional, courteous, and handled everything with great care. Jasin and Mark did a great job installing our new range. We were last on the delivery list and they did a great job keeping us posted. Even though they ran late I wasn’t frustrated at all because of their great communication. Thank you. And thanks Dillon for scheduling the delivery so quickly. I appreciate this team.

Chris and Jesse did a fantastic job installing our new fridge. This is our second purchase with Neu Appliance. We also got our washer and dryer from them 6 years ago and the appliances are still going strong. The staff at the store is always very helpful and knowledge about their inventory. 10/10 would go check them out.

Excellent experience from start to finish! This was my second time purchasing from them, and once again they exceeded my expectations. Great folks! Did ALL the work! Two HUGE refrigerators to move out and two even bigger refrigerators to move in was no problem for them. It took them less than an hour for them to unhook the old ones, move all 4 appliances and fully connect the new machines. They even had to take off and then remount our front door and they made it look easy. Lux and Jason were personable while still being professional. Their expertise was amazing! And Lux even gave us advice on how to care for our new appliances.

I'm extremely happy we found this place! We needed a new dryer and were able to secure a Samsung one at a fraction of the cost with no hassle. The salesperson Scott was extremely knowledgeable, focused, professional and friendly. The delivery was quick - I bought the unit Saturday and got it Monday morning - and half the cost of Lowe's or Home Depot. Jason and Lux had great communication the day of delivery, arrived on time, and got the new dryer hooked up quickly and efficiently. They were able to haul away our old unit too. All in all I had a great experience here and will be coming here first for any appliance needs.

Great experience from a local business! The salesman at the store understood what I wanted and didn't try to upsell me, and Lux and Marc were communicative, timely, and personable with the delivery. Would buy from there again.
