We keep you informed every step of the way — no missed windows, no surprise charges, no awkward handoffs.

Place Your Order

Choose your appliance and complete your purchase online or in-store. We offer delivery and installation services on most appliances.

Step 2

Schedule Your Delivery

A team member will contact you to schedule your delivery date and a window that works best for you — Morning (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM) or Afternoon (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Step 3

Delivery Day Check-In

On the morning of your delivery, your Neu Delivery Pro will call or text with a more accurate arrival estimate based on the day's route.

Step 4

We're On The Way

When our team leaves the delivery before yours, we'll send a final call or text so you know we're headed your way and can prepare for arrival.

Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout the greater Austin metro, including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Buda, Kyle, Manchaca, Dripping Springs, and Leander. If you're just outside this list, give us a call — we can often still help.
How soon can I get my appliance delivered?
Same-week delivery is available on most in-stock units. At checkout you'll choose your preferred date, and we'll confirm a 2-hour window the evening before.
Do you haul away my old appliance?
Yes — haul-away of one old appliance with responsible disposal can be added to any delivery on request. Just let us know when you schedule.
Do you install the new appliance?
Professional installation is available as an add-on — dishwasher and microwave installation are +$99, cooktop installation is $199+, and wall oven installation is $299+. Free hookup is included with the purchase of connections on washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and ranges.
Can you deliver up stairs or to an apartment?
Absolutely. Our 2-person team handles stairs, elevators, and tight doorways. Let us know about any access details when you order so we come prepared.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem. Reply to your confirmation text or call us at least 24 hours before your window and we'll move your delivery to the next available date at no charge.
How should I prepare for delivery day?
Clear a path from the entrance to the install spot, measure doorways, and disconnect the old unit if you didn't add installation. We'll handle the heavy lifting from there.
