Know Your Grades:

B Stock: Not used. Light to no cosmetic damage.
C Stock: Not used. With cosmetic damage.
D Stock: Used. With or without cosmetic damage.

Here is the deal. You browse the master list, and we bring the unit to our Georgetown warehouse for you. You get a verified condition report before it even ships. If you don't love it when you inspect it, you don't keep it (or pay for it).

How to Secure Your Unit

Check the Sheet. Click the gold button above. Find the piece that fits your project and budget.
Lock It In. Pay for the item plus freight. Freight is $150 for large items (Ranges, Refrigerators) and $75 for small items (Dishwashers, Microwaves). This triggers the transfer.
We Verify. The facility assesses the unit to make sure nothing has changed. We send you photos and a condition summary.
Inspect & Pick Up. The item arrives at our Georgetown warehouse. You come see it in person. If you love it, you take it or schedule delivery. If not, we refund the item cost on the spot. Freight charges are non-refundable.
