Just had my Ice maker delivered by Neu Appliance. The transaction from start to end was absolutely awesome. Working with Miguel in store to our delivery guys, Lux and Mark. The process was easy and low pressure sales. They helped me find what I was looking for and had really good prices. Delivery was super easy. They texted me in the morning to let me know that I was on the schedule and called when they were on their way and arrived inside the window. Highly recommend if you're looking for an appliance to check them out.

Was pleasantly greeted by our sales rep, Andrew. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Communication from the warehouse personnel for delivery was great. The delivery men, Lux and Mark, were very knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. Once instal was complete they went over specifics of appliance functionality and dryer effectiveness. It was a great experience from start to finish. Great job Neu!

Luxe and Jason did an amazing job delivering our refrigerator and gas range! They were professional, courteous, and handled everything with great care. They were also friendly, polite, and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole delivery experience enjoyable. They made sure everything was set up properly and answered any questions we had. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Luxe and Jason, for making this such a positive experience!

Chris and Jesse did a fantastic job installing our new fridge. This is our second purchase with Neu Appliance. We also got our washer and dryer from them 6 years ago and the appliances are still going strong. The staff at the store is always very helpful and knowledge about their inventory. 10/10 would go check them out.

Great folks! Did ALL the work! Two HUGE refrigerators to move out and two even bigger refrigerators to move in was no problem for them. It took them less than an hour for them to unhook the old ones, move all 4 appliances and fully connect the new machines. They even had to take off and then remount our front door and they made it look easy. Lux and Jason were personable while still being professional. Their expertise was amazing! And Lux even gave us advice on how to care for our new appliances.

I'm extremely happy we found this place! We needed a new dryer and were able to secure a Samsung one at a fraction of the cost with no hassle. The salesperson Scott was extremely knowledgeable, focused, professional and friendly. The delivery was quick - I bought the unit Saturday and got it Monday morning - and half the cost of Lowe's or Home Depot. Jason and Lux had great communication the day of delivery, arrived on time, and got the new dryer hooked up quickly and efficiently. They were able to haul away our old unit too. All in all I had a great experience here and will be coming here first for any appliance needs.

Delivery Questions Answered

Everything you need to know before your appliance arrives. Still have a question? Call us at (512) 992-2714.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the Central Texas area, including the Greater Austin area and Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Buda, Kyle, Manor, Hutto, Leander, Dripping Springs and Lakeway. Outside our standard delivery area? Call us at (512) 992-2714 - we work with several 3rd parties and may still be able to help.

How soon can I get my appliance delivered?

Most local deliveries are scheduled within 2–4 business days. At checkout you'll pick from the next available delivery windows, and we'll confirm by text before we head your way.

Do you haul away my old appliance?

Yes — we offer haul-away of your old appliance for a small fee. Add it at checkout or ask your delivery team, and we'll disconnect and remove it when we drop off your new one.

Do you install the new appliance?

Our delivery pros handle standard installation on most appliances, including basic hookup and leveling. Gas, water, and electrical connections are completed where a proper existing connection is already in place.

Can you deliver upstairs or to an apartment?

Absolutely. Just let us know the floor and any stairs, elevators, or tight turns when you order so we can bring the right crew and equipment.

What if I need to reschedule?

No problem. Call or text us at (512) 992-2714 at least 24 hours before your window and we'll move your delivery to the next convenient date at no charge.

How should I prepare for delivery day?

Clear a path to the install location, empty any old appliance, and make sure the space is measured and ready. An open area helps us get in and out quickly.

Will I receive a delivery window?

Yes. You'll get a scheduled delivery window plus a courtesy text with a tighter arrival estimate on the day of delivery.

Does someone need to be home?

Someone 18 or older needs to be present to grant access, approve placement, and sign for the delivery.

What happens if the appliance does not fit?

If it won't fit the space or entryway, our team will work with you on options — including a return or exchange. We recommend measuring doorways and the install area before your delivery date.
