During our thorough testing process each Open Box or Scratch and Dent appliance is hooked up and thoroughly tested. Each component is tested to Manufacturer Specs to ensure it operates 100% as designed. All scratches or dents are inspected to verify the scratch or dent do not effect the functionality of the appliance.
