Warranty Policy
YOU HAVE OUR NEU SHIELD 1-YEAR WARRANTY
For 1 year, from either The Delivery Date by Neu Appliance Outlet's Delivery Team, or The Date The Customer Picked Up the products, As Long As:
- the products are in the same cosmetic condition as presented at sale, and
- the products are, and have been, operated and maintained correctly, and
- there are only standard and proper fittings & connections attached to the utilities and the appliances,
a Manufacturer Certified Technician, or Neu Appliance's Certified Technican, will provide parts & labor to correct defects {within policies}.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Reversal of appliance doors.
- Repair for product discoloration, rust, or oxidation of surfaces resulting from high-use areas or parts,
- In-home instructions for product use. caustic or corrosive environments including but not limited to: handles, knobs, high salt concentration areas,
- Cosmetic damage to the product including scratches, dents, chips, etc. from sale or there after. high moisture or humidity areas, or other areas exposed to chemicals.
- Cosmetic parts like glass, shelves, knobs, handles, etc.
- Products like gas lines, dryer vent tubes, steam kits, front load stacking kits, washer fill hoses,
- Consumable parts like light bulbs, batteries, air or water filters, etc. refrigerator water lines, dishwasher water lines, and other connections damaged from poor property conditions.
- Conversion of the product from natural gas or L.P. (liquid propane) or vice versa.
- Product damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, fire, floods, weather, animals, insects, incorrect
- Repair to malfunctions due to operating or maintaining the product inconsistent with manufacturer specifications. travel methods (appliances not upright), acts of god, inclement weather, or other direct/indirect outside forces.
- Service to correct improper installation done by parties; not Neu Appliance Outlet.
- Service to correct product defects after the product was tampered with, altered, repaired, or serviced by
- Service to correct poor property utilities & conditions (i.e. wiring, fuses, water valves, ventilation, etc.) a party other than a Manufacturer Certified Technician or a Neu Appliance Certified Technician.
- Special parts, adapters, and other unique installation fixtures outside of standard connections.
- The product has a functionality problem attributed to an outside force impeding its ability to function
- Removal or installation of inaccessible products (products that require altering base boards, hand rails, under its manufacturer's specifications such as, but not limited to: restricted dryer ventilation, faulty utilities, flooring, cabinetry, drywall, etc.) that interfere with delivering, installing, servicing, removing, or replacing the product. faulty wiring, restricted drain lines, animal/pest damage, or other outside forces impeding functionality.
- The appliance is utilized for commercial purposes, as it is intended solely for personal or household use.
NOTE: THE COST OF PARTS, REPAIR, TRAVEL, LABOR, AND SERVICE NEEDS UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
- From The Date of Delivery, or the Date of Pick Up, customers have 30 days to return their products.
- DELIVERY FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE if the delivery service has already been completed.
- ACIMA SALES: Products leased through ACIMA Leasing Company are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credits unless orchestrated by an ACIMA Sales Merchant. Customer must contact ACIMA for information.
- Any changes made to Sales Receipts by the customer may result in changes to pick up/delivery times, pick up/delivery fees, and pick up/delivery services.
- Each appliance must be in the exact cosmetic condition as presented at sale e.g. packaging, wrapping, boxed components, etc.
- Neu Appliance Outlet will not grant returns, refunds, or store credits to products that have greater damage than when they were purchased.
- (a.) In the event of a Refund: Refunds will begin processing only after the products are in Neu Appliance Outlet's possession. (b.) Funding a refund takes 7 (seven) business days.
PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED
- Products must be at the same property stated on the sales receipt.
- In the event of an exchange due to customer oversights e.g. improper measuring, during business hours only. incorrect or missing utilities, etc., a new Delivery Fee will be charged to complete the exchange.
PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN PICKED UP
- Products must be at the same property stated on the sales receipt.
- Products must be brought to Neu Appliance Outlet @ 123 North Loop Blvd E. Ausitn, TX 78751
- Appliances must be transported and presented to Neu Appliance Outlet upright. - Appliances presented to Neu Appliance Outlet on their side, back, upside down, or otherwise not upright, will not be eligible for returns, refunds, or store credits.
- If the customer requests Neu Appliance Outlet to come out to the property to pick up/exchange the products, (1) products must be in a Deliverable zip code, (2) a Pick Up Fee / Delivery Fee will be charged.
RIGHT TO REFUSE DELIVERY, REMOVAL, AND INSTALLATION
We reserve the right to refuse completion of delivery, removal, and installtion if (1) UNSAFE OR UNSANITARY PROPERTY CONDITONS, and/or (2) NON-STANDARD, IMPROPER, OR POOR UTILITY CONDITIONS ARE FOUND by our Delivery Teams such as, but not limited to: appliance connections on property are rusted onto, calcified onto, cemented onto, or otherwise stuck onto utilities and/or property furnishings; special, unique, DIY utility conditions, and/or other materials or workmanship are found that are outside of standard/proper utility setups; there is no visible utility shutoff valve(s) within 5 feet of the appliance’s designated operating place; stairways, passageways, furniture/furnishings, wall decorations, and/or other obstacles are found on the delivery property that do not allow safe and easy manuvering of appliances, and/or otherwise block quick access and egress to their designated opertaing places; appliances that have been designated to be removed are found by our team to be in use or contain customer property upon arrival; hardwired appliances found other than dishwashers and electric ranges; appliances deisgnated to be removed and/or installed are found needing trim pieces, decorative panels, flooring, cabinetry, islands, countertops, drywall, etc. removed or altered, and other conditions found on or near property that block quick access and egress to the property or its utilities; delivery locations and conditions found by our team containing, but not limited to: scattered or piled debris, exposed garbage, exposed expired food, exposed or having-no-attention-to animal, pest, or other waste, or other similar caliber conditions found on the delivery property. IMPLIED WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER
ALL APPLIANCES AND THEIR COSMETIC PARTS ARE SOLD AS-IS PERTAINING TO THEIR COSMETIC CONDITION. NEITHER THE MANUFACTURER, NOR NEU APPLIANCES, WILL REPLACE, REPAIR, OR WARRANT COSMETIC PARTS (PARTS THAT DO NOT AFFECT THE MECHANICAL OPERATIONS OF THE APPIANCE) INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SHELVES, GLASS ON DOORS, KNOBS, HANDLES, LIGHTBULBS, SCRATCHES, DENTS, OR ANY OTHER PART(S) OF THE APPLIANCE THAT DOES NOT AFFECT THE MACHINE'S MECHANICAL OPERATIONS. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE SHORTEST PERIOD ALLOWED BY LAW. THE EXPRESSED WARRANTIES, TERMS, CONDITIONS, POLICIES, DISCLAIMERS, AND CONDUCTS IN THESE ARTICLES ARE THE ONLY GUARANTEES WE WILL MAKE. THERE ARE NO OTHER GUARANTEES, WHETHER STATUTORY, WRITTEN, ORAL, EXPRESSED, OR IMPLIED. IN PARTICULAR, THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE ARE NO STATUTORY, WRITTEN, ORAL, EXPRESSED, OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES AGAINST REDHIBITORY DEFECTS, VICES, HIDDEN OR OTHERWISE.
